In 1945, World War II ended in Europe. As we look back, we see a terrible price was paid by the younger generation caught up in the tragedy of war. There was fear and there was bravery from young men and women who were eager to defend our land and our freedom. Years later, a group of historians, veterans, aviators, propeller heads, divers and videographers began an incredible adventure. Objective, to  recover World War II Halifax aircraft from rivers, bogs, lakes and oceans around the world.
