Medical achievements by Canadians is something many of us are not aware of and in 1989,

we travelled across Canada for 6 weeks interviewing seniors, doctors, nurses, scientists and pharmacists. The content is astounding with topics ranging from early medicine in 1896 to the expected technological advancements of the 21st century. This series of videos is enlightening as we compare 1918 and 1989 to modern times.

Medicine in the 19th and 20th century in Canada was combined with Home Remedies. Watch this incredible series of long lost medical practices by the people Canada.

In 1989, our Timekeepers Canada production unit visited some of the main people and companies that have built today's medicine industry in Canada. 

The Doctor Interview

We visited a major hospital in Toronto to record the 1992  interview with a renoun doctor of medicine and his ideas on the future developments of medical care.

In the first half of the 20th century, travelling salesmen would pull their carts or horse drawn wagons from farm to farm, selling medicines, tools and clothing.  

We are all getting older and there isn't too much you can do about it but you can be ready. This TimeKeepers Canada video from 1993 shows what seniors and caregivers should understand about their future expectations.
